Program Instruction ACYF-CB-PI-14-04: Child and Family Services Plan (for tribes) due on June 30, 2014

The Children’s Bureau has issued the attached Program Instruction ACYF-CB-PI-14-04 for tribeson requirements for submission of the 2010-2014 Final Report and the 2015-2019 Child and Family Services Plan (CFSP) due on June 30, 2014. Timely submission of the Final Report and new five-year CFSP is required to receive Fiscal Year 2015 funding under Title IV-B of the Social Security Act for the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Child Welfare Services (CWS) and Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF) Programs, and the Chafee Foster Care Independence Program (CFCIP) and the Education and Training Vouchers (ETV) Program.

A separate PI addresses requirements for states and territories applying for funding under these programs.

The Fiscal Year 2014 Allotment Tables for these programs (Attachment A) are not yet available. Once the Allotment Tables (Attachment A) become available, the Children’s Bureau will send this information out and will post the information on the website.
