This 3-day intense training is for individuals wanting to be certified as a Facilitator in NAFFA's new Linking Generations by Strengthening Relationships curriculum. This curriculum provides individuals the knowledge and skills to implement a 14-week program that assists fathers, mothers, and families to enhance their capacity to promote strong, healthy, and positive relationships across generations (i.e. marriage, families, friendships, etc.). Building strong, healthy, and positive relationships is an important key to success in all aspects of our lives. Some of life’s greatest happiness and greatest sorrow come from the relationships we have with others in our families and communities. The Linking Generations by Strengthening Relationships curriculum offers participants the opportunity to learn the myths and truths of strong, healthy, and positive relationships and how these relationships link our past, present, and future. Our Native ancestors were a family-centered people and as Native people, we must link generations and take care of our families by strengthening all of our relationships.
