Description:

Per this agreement, the Bureau of Indian Affairs is to pay the County per person for the incarceration of persons at the County detention facility. The Bureau is also responsible for paying the prisoner's medical expenses. The County is thus responsible for investigating, charging and incarcerating persons charged with or alleged to be in violation of all offenses committed within the boundaries of the Skull Valley Indian Reservation, Utah.
