    This resource was published by the American Public Human Services Association through a subcontract with the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. This paper is designed to assist communities in identifying potential funding sources for efforts to end domestic violence and child abuse and neglect. Primarily, it focuses on federal government funding streams administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Justice.
